Gezocht worden de ouders van: Hendrik MEUREN

Gevonden de het overlijden van Hendrik in Linne op 30-09-1810. Hij was toen 53 jaar, vader wordt niet vermeld.

De familie kwam uit Roermond, en daar is de doop gevonden op 9 mei 1768

Helaas vermelden de transcripties geen ouders, wel nog een Christinus gevonden in Roermond die op 21 augustus 1759 trouwt. Geen idee met wie.

Of staan de originele kerkboeken ook ergens online? Daar zouden de ouders toch bij de doop vermeld moeten zijn.

The surname PEEL BERT has to be Schilbert ! The note from Piet van de Ruit, is about the birth of:

Birth:  Henrikus Meuren born May 10, 1767 in Roermond.

Parents;

Christianus Meuren and,

Petronilla Schilbert

+  8 children

 

and yes they were Catholic

Angellina, please note in your previous posting: 'Deer' is not the correct place.  'Deer' is a direct translation of the word 'Herten'; in this case Herten should not be translated; it is  the name of a place in Limburg, not far from Roermond.  Christianus was a parishioner in Herten, Petroneilla in Roermond.  Peel bert is also a direct translation of Schil (peel) and Bert( bert)

Angellina, I am not sure to what you are referring to when you write about 'a divorce' etc?   Since this topic - unfortunately- is now divided over different threads and I am not aware what has been discussed before.  

Was there a divorce?  Where, when,  divorced from whom?  Dispensation is not a divorce.  It is the permission needed before marraige when there is too close of a relationshop , or when marriage was planned in the 'closed' time of Lent and Advent for instance.  

 

You also mention above a Henry who was born on 7 Feb 1769.  Have you more info on that?  Where does this date come from?  Where or with whom is he connected then?

 

Nothing in this thread suggest that the Henricus, baptised on 10-05-1768 in Roermond is the same person as the Henricus [ with parents' names unknown ] who died in 1810.   [In the registration [ search via familysearch] the deceased was 43 yrs old [ and not 53 yrs old]. 

Thus who this Henricus (+1810) is ...is still not known.  With only this info you can not assume he is the same peron as the one born in 1768 in Roermond.

First try to find the marriage of Henricus Meuren and Helena Sampers. Also the baptisms of their children; with godparents' names (hopefully) you will be able to figure out who Henricus' parents were.

Had a quick look at the other thread.  Understand that you are looking for the parents of this Hendrik Meuren, who married in 1835 in Bloemendaal?

Try to find their marriage first, in or before 1802?  Perhaps then you will have a better idea where to look for the birth/baptism of the Hendrik Meuren (sr.).
