Looking for the children of the following  cousins of my father Pieter Adolf Marcus .

1.Johannes Eschbach born 9-10-1877. died in 1935. 2 Adrianus Eschbach born 24-4-1879. They are the children of Adrianna Hermina Marcus married to Thomas Eschbach on 5-11-1909. 

2   Adrianus Samuel voorduijn born 1-1-1892 married on 2-3-1922 to Antje Neeltje Lok born 4-10-1900. and Hendrik Jan Voorduijn born 12-3-1894.  they are the children of Hermina Ingena Marcus & Simon Adrianus Voorduijn

3 1  Jan Rooderkerk born 1-25-1892 died 10-4-1939. Married Cornelia Buitenhuis on 1-10-1924  

   2  A child called Gerrit Gilles Geraldus born 10-12-1893 died 3 months later  

  2  Zegert Marie Rooderkerk born 26-11-1895.Married Petronella Orizand born 14-9-1902, on 25-5-1927.

 3 The second child by the name of Gerrit Gilles Geraldus Rooderkerk born 20-6-1899 married Elizabeth De Waal who was born 3-11-1898 on 17-7-1929.

These last 4 are children of Maria Marcus And Gerrit Gilles Geraldus Rooderkerk married on 13-5-1891    Zegert And Petronella Rooderkerk Child born 25-9-1928 named also Gerrit Gilles Geraldus .

My dad never talked about his aunts .Uncles or Cousins . The main reason I would like to have more info I have received some pictures that could have Cousins of him in it .

  And of course to update the Marcus genealogy  I have checked with the Rotterdam digital office ,but that is as far as it goes with the Marcus and descendants  Any information would be appreciated .  Any answers in either Dutch or English would be appreciated .  Since I am in British Columbia Canada I have to do this via computer Been in Canada since 26-3-1955.

(click on Bekijk de scan). Don't forget to check the back side of the card: he passed away on 1-7-1935. Apparently they had no children, not when they moved to Dordrecht in 1898, and not when they settled back in 1919.

Adrianus Simon Voorduijn was the younger brother of my mother's grandfather. The name of my mothers's grandfather is Hendrik Voorduijn. He was born 14.04.1873 in Rotterdam. His parents are Samuel Donker Voorduijn (born 26.10.1832) and Maria de Knegt (born 03.07.1835). They lived in Rotterdam.

They have one sister, Johanna Agnita Maria Voorduijn, born 20.08.1870 and she married Joseph Heijermans. They both moved to Hamburg in Germany and we are still in contact with parts of the family.

They have another brother. His name was Simon and he was married with Minna / Hermine. They lived in Rotterdam.

My grandmother always told me about ADRIAN, who moved to U.S.A., but they have lost contact.

Parts of my family (line Hendrik Voorduijn) live in Mexiko City, because he left Rotterdam at the age of 19 and went to Mexiko to work there.

I am very interested to see fotos of the family. Maybe I can recognize someone.

I would like to know more about your family-line.

Thank you     through this forum I have found just about all the descendants of my Father's Aunt Hermina who married Simon Voorduijn .The only names I do not have are the greatgrandchildren of them . I assume that is due to Privacy laws  So the Voorduijn family is  what you say in Dutch  opgelost . If I am right .

she lived in doorn, where my father grew up with his 2 brothers and 2 sisters. They had 6 grand children (including me:)) 

we are very curious about my Great grand father Adrianus Voorduijn and his life in tempa Florida, hope you found out more during your Search.
