The Potuijt (Pothuyt, Potuit, Pot Tuijt) family from Waddinxveen / Berkenwoude / Bloemendaal has been discussed multiple times here (including stamboomforum.nl/subfora/2/2/22393/0/) but I think there are still unanswered questions, especially about Arij Louwers Potuijt and who his mother is.

Arij Louwers Potuijt is married to Annigje Arijse van Leeuwen in April 1735 in Waddinxveen and they have children from 1741 to 1752 (Maarten, Lena, Lijsbet, Aaltje, Aaltje, Janna, Lauwen). Arij has a sister, Aaltje baptised January 6th, 1715 and is married to Sijbert Snoek. They are all mentioned in Sijbert's testament (found here).

Arij is most definitely the son of Louris Ariens Potuit (baptised 1690-7-2 in Berkenwoude), but it is unclear that Lena Maartens Bloed (mother of Aaltje) is his mother. Louris marries Lena in 1712 but then remarries 1715-10-26 to Maria Gijsbertsdr Kleijnenbreugel from Oude Wetering (https://www.nationaalarchief.nl/onderzoeken/archief/3.04.16.153/invnr/10/file/NL-HaNA_3.04.16.153_10_0065) He is also mentioned as Laurens Pot Tuijt, husband of Maria Kleijnenbreugel in a notarial act in Lisse in 1720 (found here).

Together, they have at least one child, Gijsbert Potuijt, married to Apolonia Benschop and living in Oude Wetering (although I can't find a record of his birth). So my question is still, was Arij's mother Lena Maartens Bloed or Maria Gijsbertsdr Kleijnenbreugel?

Arij had a Maarten and a Lena which is an indication for Lena Maartens being his mother. Also, Sijbert Snoek mentions him as a brother of his wife (not half-brother). And if Maria Gijsbertsdr was his mother, he would have been born 1716/17, which makes him a bit young for a marriage in 1735. 
Three indications, all of which are not proof but I think it's more likely that Lena was his mother than Maria.

All great points, and I imagine you are right. I do wonder why I don't find his baptism in Waddinxveen alongisde Aaltje's though (nor is it in Berkenwoude, Oude Wetering / Alkemade).

ORA Alkemade 4/86 dd 29-05-1744: "Arij Swaneveld weduwnaar van Martje Cleijnenbreugel bevorens weduwe van Lauris Potuijt eigenaar voor de ene helft, Gijsbert Laurisse Potuijt enige zoon en erfgenaam van voorn. Laurens Potuijt en Martje Cleijnenbreugel erfgenaam voor de wederhelft scheiden de boedel etc."

So Laurens Potuijt and Martje Cleijnenbreugel had only one child named Gijsbert. Act says: "Arij Swaneveld widower inherits half of Martje Cleijnenbreugel earlier widow of Lauris Potuijts goods, Gijsbert Laurisse Potuijt only son and heir of mentioned Laurens Potuijt and Martje Cleijnenbreugel inherits other half of her goods."

In the court act found before the court of Alkemade nr. 2/107 dated 05-05-1726 both Arij Lourens Potuijt and Aaltje Lourens Potuijt are mentioned as children of Lena Maertens Bloet and Lourens Arijse Potuijt. Also mentioned the grandfather of the children: Maerten Arijse Bloet. The act also mentions a will before the court of Bloemendaal near Gouda dated 03-10-1715 and an act according the heritage dated 24-04-1726. Maybe you can find the baptisms in that area?
