I am from Germany and investigating the (german) Mom family. Especially the Mom (Moum/Momm/Mum/Mumm etc.) from Solingen but I have found something that may be interesting for your search for Catharina Mom (married to Hendrik van der Tak).

There is a book about the Mom family of Duisburg in Germany: E. W. Röhrig, "Momm - Duisburg - Zur Geschichte dieser Familie" (1938). There I found:

Johann Conrad Momm, occupation: "Drechslermeister und Pedell", born 1721, funeral 18.04.1783 Duisburg, 1. marriage 1.1744 with Susanna Margaretha Dörr (1718-1756), 2. marriage 2.1758 Johanna Maria Rombolts (1716-1779).

After Röhrig he had 3 sons and 3 daughters, E. W. Röhrig only knew some more dates about one son:

Johannes Momm, "Drechslermeister", 1747-1798, marriage 5.10.1777 Duisburg Petronella Rombold from Rotterdam (1754-1816), they had no children

I think your Catharina Mom is the daughter of this Johann Conrad Momm and sister of Johannes Momm.
