Antoine Cucheron van Rochelle adelburs onder sijn Gnade, mit Jean Brulon de la Plante, unde Elske Michels, Hans Michels sijn Gnaden piqueur dochter, absent, daer voer die steefmoder Marie compareerde.

In margine: Martinikerk, per dominum Arnol., 14 junij 1612.

16 May [1612]: banns granted, the bridegroom is being assisted by Jean Brulon de la Plante.

The bride is a daughter of Hans Michels (the "piqueur" [riding-master] of His Grace, the commander (one of the Nassau's, you will have to look that up) and she is assisted by her stepmother, Marie. 

The actual wedding took place in St. Martin's Church on June 14, 1612.

Added later: the name Cucheron is probably the same as Coucheron.

Who is absent? Elske Michels or her father Hans Michels?

And I dont se Saterdach 16 mei. in the original document?  (It's written by the next couple, but not by Anthonie.

Elske Michels, Hans Michels sijn Gnaden piqueur dochter, absent, daer voer die steefmoder Marie compareerde.

Meaning: Elske Michels, daughter of Hans Michels riding-master to His Grace.

Elske is the one who was absent when she could have been expected to be there, requesting the banns; in her stead, her stepmother Marie appeared and took care of the chore. 

That happens quite often and it wasn't a big deal; for this registration either or both parties could be represented by a good friend, an aunt, your father, your brother. At the actual wedding you would have to be present, or course, and say Yes I will.

The date May 16 is mentioned on the previous page. On such a day (usually a Saturday, though there are exceptions) a number or requests is registered; the same date goes for the lot of them, until the next date is noted down.

It's not Anthonie, by the way, but Antoine.

Do you see : Saterdach 16 mei. in the original document?

And : Jean Brulon de la Plante.   The last part, de la Plante. Could that mean he was at gartener?  just a wild guess.

No, most likely it's a double-barreled name. He won't have been a gardener, but one of Antoine's military colleagues.
