Ik heb dit bericht gekopieerd uit de Facebook groep "Dutch Genealogy". De vraagstelster kan geen verbinding meer krijgen met deze website, en kan de vraag dus niet zelf stellen. Hopelijk kan iemand haar hier, of op Facebook helpen.

"I have a major problem and hope someone can help me - it is concerning genealogieonline.nl website.

I get monthly matches sent to my email - always I have been able to click on the link to look at them - but the last 2 months the website just hangs.  I have tried copying/pasting the link and just clicking on it.  I have googled the problem, I have tried various things they tell me to do, I tried a different browser - nothing works.  I have changed nothing on my computer's system to warrant this - all hints on how to fix I have done - still it will not open.  I have tried to contact Bob Coret - no answer, ever.  This has been going on for the last 2 months.  I use Safari and as at today I tried Firefox (no result).  My last resort was to reinstall Google Chrome browser - that also will not open GenealogieOnline.nl - have they added extra security to their site or am I missing something?

Ik heb geen probleem om met een FireFox browser in te loggen. Heb dat zojuist geverifiëerd.
Misschien is er sprake van een tijdelijke onbereikbaarheid tijdens software-onderhoud? Of is er sprake van foutieve data in een browser cache?

Uit de reacties blijkt dat er mensen zijn die de website probleemloos kunnen bereiken (waaronder ikzelf), maar ook mensen die dat niet kunnen.

Maria - I have found a way to open it (using cellular data) but I am going to check with my internet provider as to why my wifi stopped working for genealogie online - iti s the only one that will not open that I have tried in the last month.
