I am not sure that the information above is the correct birth year for Harriet. She was age 27 when she married on 23 April 1923 which means she was going to be 28 on 4 July 1923 which means her birth year would be 1895. In the 1930 census it says that she was 33 and this census was taken before her birthday which means she would have been 34 that year and her birth year would be 1896. But, mistakes were common on the census records. It is still confusing.
