Project Nazaten Toontje Poland

Na zo’n kleine tien jaar genealogisch onderzoek, wil ik komend half jaar mijn project over alle nazaten van Toontje Poland, zowel in mannelijke als vrouwelijke lijn, afronden zodat het gepubliceerd kan worden in een toekomstig jaarboek van de Indische Genealogische Vereniging.

Hoewel in de afgelopen jaren veel personen enthousiast informatie over hunzelf en hun kinderen hebben verstrekt om ook in dit overzicht vermeld te worden, zijn er nog veel “open einden”, met name in de latere generaties.

Mochten er dus nog nazaten zijn die hun genealogische gegevens alsnog willen afstaan voor deze publicatie, houd ik mij daarvoor van harte aanbevolen. Ook foto’s (of goede copieën daarvan) of scans (min. 300dpi) zijn uiteraard meer dan welkom; het liefst die uit het vooroorlogse Indië!

En uiteraard mag u zelf bepalen wat u voor deze publicatie naast strict genealogische informatie (zoals namen, plaatsen en datums) aan privé-informatie (b.v. beroepen) kwijt wilt.

En…., vergeet u vooral niet te vertellen op welke manier u van Toontje Poland afstamt!

After some ten years of genealogical research, I would like, in the coming half year, to finish off my project about listing all descendants (both paternal and maternal lineages) in order to publish the result in a future yearbook of the “Indische Genealogische Vereniging” [Dutch East-Indies Genealogical Association].

Although, during those years, many people were more than eager to provide genealogical data about themselves and their children in order to be listed in that publication, there are still a lot of “open ends”, especially where the newer generations are concerned.

So should there be any descendants who still would like to provide their genealogical data in order to be included in the publication, their information will be gratefully received. Especially photographs (or good copies thereof) or scans (min. 300dpi) are very much welcome; preferably those from the pre-war East-Indies.

It goes without saying that it is up to you to decide, apart from pure genealogical data (such as names, dates and places), what private information (such as professions) you wish to share.

And……, please don’t forget to write in what way you are linked to a Toontje Poland descendant!

Mjn naam is Jacob Willem Stuyver (23-02-1960). Van mijn vader W.F. Stuyver (06-12-1926 - 01-05-2006) heb ik altijd gehoord dat zijn 

moeder A.L.J. Niepoth ( 25-10-1900 - 10.12.1980) een afstammeling is van 'Toontje' Poland.

Ben zeer geinteresseerd het onderzoek wat je doet!
