This is a baptism from NH Kerk, Colijnsplaat, 1677.  The parents are Joos .... and Adriaantje Cornelisse, and the child is Cornelis.  Please help me read the notes on the right side -- in Dutch and with translation to English if possible .Thank you for your help. Gordon
