J.D.F.Krol was born 1786, he joined the Dutch army between 1813 an 1815 - and Austrian Netherlands ended 1794.

I believe it says Mähren in Oostenrijk; which would be Moravia.

It´s "Mähren", so I will have to find out a place in Mähren, shown under "laatst gewoond in....." 

If it´s a place in the Netherlands, may be somebody can help me?

The other record gives a (presumably) more precise birthplace, but it's quite hard to decipher:

Swierient(??) in 't ..angburgse

The first record has laatst gewoond te as Breslau in Pruyssen, the other one has Antwerpen.
