Iam looking for the name Ridderbusch, I am tracing my Mums tree she is a Ridderbos born in 1921 in Amsterdam.

I have found out so far 4 generations in Amsterdam then I found out to my surprise that the next generation came from Germany Hamelschenburg (Amt Gellersen) . I have the name Franz Henrich born 1746 te Hemelschenburg he came to Amsterdam in 1777 where he married to Anna Dorethea Elisabeth Albrink.

They change the name Ridderbusch to Ridderbos one son was (Jan) Christoffel Ridderbos.But I want to know if anybody has more information for me about the parents of Franz Henrich Ridderbusch.

I have lived in the UK for nearly 30 years hence the message in English as I have lost most of my Dutch language.

I am a novice with searching and also with computers but I am learning all the time.

I would appriciate all information.

Thanks for the quick relpy I did found that info in the Amsterdam Stadsdeel I live in Amsterdam and from that information I found out that they came from Germany.

I google the name ridderbos once and I found a site just about the name Ridderbos and Ridderbusch I found some information on that aswell...

Hoping you have some more information for me as I said before I am new with searching aand with computers.
